Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2) Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

You may not:

• Access another user's account without permission
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service

3) User Content

The Service may allow you to upload or submit content such as profile images, collection entries, notes, or other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant Lime Coast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service.

You represent that you have the rights to upload the User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4) Collectibles Data and Market Value Estimates

Chartables may display market-related information and estimates to help users track collectibles. Important notes:

• Estimates are not guaranteed. Any "value," "price," "median," "market value," or similar metric shown in the Service is an estimate and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.
• Third-party data. Some information is derived from third-party sources, including data obtained via the eBay API, and may change frequently.
• Not financial advice. Chartables does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information from the Service.

5) Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may display content from or link to third-party services (e.g., eBay). Third-party services are not controlled by Lime Coast, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. Lime Coast is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or actions.

6) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or data from the Service except as permitted by law
• Bypass any access controls or security features
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or abusive content
• Overload or attempt to disrupt the Service (e.g., automated requests outside intended use)

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

8) Paid Tiers, Billing, and Subscriptions

Chartables may offer paid plans now or in the future ("Paid Services"). If you purchase Paid Services, you agree to the following:

• Billing authorization. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and recurring charges.
• Recurring subscriptions. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Trials and promotions. If you receive a trial or discounted period, you may be charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not retroactively refund charges already paid, except where required by law or explicitly stated by us.
• Price changes. We may change prices or plan features. If you have an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes (for example, by email or in-app notice) before they take effect.
• Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, or where we explicitly provide a refund policy for a specific plan or promotion.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, and we may collect taxes where required.

9) Service Changes, Availability, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that creates risk for Lime Coast or others.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIME COAST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIME COAST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL LIME COAST'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LIME COAST FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

(Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.)

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lime Coast and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
