We may receive basic technical information as part of operating the service (for example, IP address and device/browser information in server logs). We use this for security and reliability.

Create and manage your account
Let you sign in securely and maintain your session
Display your profile (including your profile picture) within the product
Provide core functionality of Chartables
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues

Where Your Data is Stored

We store account and profile information in Supabase (our database and storage provider).

Collectibles Data and Third-Party Services

Chartables uses the eBay API to retrieve collectible-related data (such as active listings and pricing information). This data is used to power features in the product. We do not provide eBay with your password.

If you click links that take you to eBay or other third-party websites, those sites are governed by their own policies.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share information only in limited cases:

Service providers (such as Supabase) that help us operate Chartables
Legal and safety reasons (for example, to comply with law or protect users and the service)

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect data from unauthorized access.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also request account deletion by contacting us.

Children

Chartables is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
